This training guide aims to enhance the skills of youth trainers and professionals through the use of pre-designed lessons and workshops, including good practices and guidelines in using the material developed in this project. The use of the TOUR FR(I)END phygital serious game will be thoroughly explored and its implementation in the suggested lessons and workshops will be fostered. The guide will help youth trainers in the field of tourism to develop their expertise in accessible tourism for the deaf and hearing-impaired, leading to an improvement of the training offer for youngsters studying to work in the field of tourism and willing to learn about inclusion and accessibility.
